Siaya Green Initiative
Growing from Environmental Restoration to Economic Opportunity
Siaya Green Initiative is a community-led program implemented by Potential X-Factor in collaboration with Let's Plant e.V.
Its first phase, Make Siaya Green Again, supported youth training, community nurseries, seedling production, tree planting, and climate-smart food production.
Siaya Green Initiative 2026 builds on this foundation with an expanded focus on bamboo and fruit-tree agroforestry, water security, practical training, digital growth monitoring, and improved market access for growers.

Growing Bamboo. Connecting Markets.
The Potential X-Factor Green Marketplace will connect bamboo growers, community nurseries, and suppliers with interested buyers.
Suppliers will be able to list available bamboo products with photographs, quantities, locations, and selling prices. Buyers will be able to browse available stock, contact suppliers directly, or place orders through the platform.
